#Veg aloo dum recipe Ingridients –
1.Small size potato – 400 grams
2.Cumin seeds – 1/2 tea spoon
3.Dry red chilli – 2 pcs
4.Bey leaf – 2 pcs
5.Cumin powder – 1/2 spoon
6.Coriander powder – 1/2 spoon
7.Red chilli powder – 1 spoon
8.Garam masala powder – 1/2 tea spoon
9.Turmeric powder – 1/2 spoon
10.Salt – as per test
11.Mustard oil / dasi ghee – 4 spoon
#Method : ~
First have to boiled all potatoes with two whisels ,and take off the skin .
Then have to marinate it with light salt and turmeric powder .
In a hot pan take some oil and fry the potato lightly .

Then in this same pan /kadai have to take mustard oil /ghee then add the whole spices , wait for few seconds next add all the spices powder pested with water ,
cook properly all the spices for 5 min ,next add the fried potato and mix all the ingridient very well,
cook all together in this condition for next 5 min. After that add 4 cups water and let it cooked for 10 mins.
Then finally add some ghee and garam masala.
switch off the gass flame, cover it .
After 2 to 3 min open the lid and its ready to surve with steamed rice ,fried rice ,roti ,bread ,parotas etc…

ছোট সাইজের আলু 400 গ্রাম
গোটা জিরে – হাফ চা চামচ
গোটা শুকনো লঙ্কা – 2 টি
তেজ পাতা – 2 টি
জিরে গুঁড়ো – হাফ চামচ
ধোনে গুঁড়ো – হাফ চামচ
শুকনো লঙ্কা গুঁড়ো – এক চামচ
গরম মসলা গুঁড়ো – হাফ চা চামচ
হলুদ গুঁড়ো – হাফ চামচ
নুন – স্বাদ মতো
সরষের তেল / ঘি – চার টেবিল চামচ
